Mental Health Support

Mental Health Assessment & Support

We are passionate about our area of expertise

Mental Health Support looks different for everyone. You may know that you need some support to manage in the community, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy to know what it looks like and where to get it.

Mental Health Nurses are uniquely positioned to identify the needs of those living with complex mental illness and they play a critical role in providing effective community services that are recovery orientated. By identifying these needs early, RN’s can initiate timely interventions that prevent worsening of symptoms and improve overall quality of life. Nurses provide a structured and holistic approach to care, fostering long-term stability and promoting recovery.

Care Planning

We value evidence-based practice

Our Registered Mental Health Nurses have specialist knowledge and skills gained through years of hands-on experience in the industry and are genuinely passionate about complex mental health care.

We will develop a care plan that identifies the supports you need and how to go about delivering them effectively. We provide an overarching case management service that ensures everyone is paired with a senior mental health clinician who is responsible for developing your care-plan. More than a buzz word, care-planning, when done right, will optimise your quality of life by allowing healthcare professionals to tailor interventions specific to your needs. This incorporates both clinical treatment (ie,. medication management), and non-clinical support (social strategies).

We work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and specialists to ensure both physical and mental health are considered.
